MiCA Application Deadline in the Czech Republic Ends on July 31

📢 MiCA Application Deadline in the Czech Republic Ends on July 31

Submit your documents in time to legally operate in the EU until mid-2026!
💶 Special offer from our team: Preparation and submission of an application from €5,000

Česká národní banka is already accepting applications for the CASP license under the MiCA Regulation from existing VASPs. And most importantly — if you manage to apply by July 31, 2025, you will obtain the right to continue your operations officially until July 1, 2026, even if the decision on your application has not yet been issued.

This means that timely submission guarantees you almost one more year of legal operation in the Czech Republic and the entire EU — under MiCA’s transitional regime. But it’s crucial not to delay.

⚠️ What happens if you don’t apply by July 31?

Companies that fail to apply on time:

  • Will lose their VASP status in the Czech Republic;
  • Will no longer be able to provide virtual asset services in the EU;
  • May face sanctions from ČNB, including business suspension, fines, and account blocking.
